Returns

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase and photo or video evidence of the product’s condition are required when initiating a return.
  • Refunds are not available. Instead, all approved returns will be credited as store credit for future purchases on DMI Audio.
  • DMI Audio reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item, you will receive store credit once the return is approved and processed.

How to Initiate a Return
